  Staff are very pleasant but waiting times so long gives no consideration to relatives with own problems. My 88 year old mum been here since 1pm for injections and still not been done at 3.50pm and they can't give me an estimate of how long I'll be waiting. The waiting room is very uncomfortable. Have asked if I can wait somewhere with supportive chairs as I have cervical spine arthritis but am told there isn't anywhere!
